Along the way, you’ll taste seasonal greens, herbs, and microgreens pulled straight from the soil — the kind of flavor you simply can’t get from a supermarket shelf. Mish will share the story of how she built this farm from bare paddock, what regenerative growing actually means in practice, and why soil health changes everything.

You’ll leave with dirt on your shoes, a small bag of seasonal greens to take home, and a whole new appreciation for where your food comes from.
